Internal candidates are given priority in consideration for open positions at our stores. With an internal promotion ratio of 80%, we manage career planning for all of our employees and handle succession planning in conjunction with a variety of evaluation centers.

In order to meet our long-term need for talented, high-caliber managers, we are targeting the implementation of a Management Trainee program that will allow us to develop a pool of internal candidates who have been trained with Shaya vision and have internalized all of the latest international retailing techniques.
